A group of high school students who wanted to climb a tropical forest mountain in a country located on the equator, the students numbered three people where on that day after celebrating independence day and participating in a walk that took forty-five kilometers according to the route set by the local government.

In the event various elements and institutions and organizations participated in enlivening the race as a sign of respect for the day of independence, for students who participated in the race were allowed a few days off because to rest and release fatigue and relieve cramps in the legs after participating in the race.

However, the three students agreed to climb the mountain to do camping on vacation, they chose a mountain that rarely people climb it because from the mountain it is a shortcut to the white sand beach behind the mountain there are no residents because it is located behind residential areas.

After they agreed, the next day they prepared equipment and supplies for camping there and tasks were distributed to the three of them in preparation for tomorrow's departure, they chose to take public transportation where along the way they were presented with beautiful and natural scenery.

Mangrove forests are surrounded along the way and interspersed with several ponds owned by local residents where milkfish (chanos chanos) are cultivated after an hour's drive then arrive at the foot of the mountain to climb and descend behind the mountain spending about six hours then we meet the white sand beach.

Suddenly we were reprimanded by local residents who were not friendly and still had primitive views, he ... wait where are you going, with an unkempt stature with thick mustaches, dirty clothes, it seems that this father is gardening around here by pointing towards us with a machete, one of us answered we want to go to the white sand sir.

You better go home, don't try to climb the mountain if you climb it, you will also know the consequences if you want to go to the white sand beach, you can rent a boat from the fishermen or this machete will speak, finally we agreed to wait for public transportation to return and the man while waiting watched us to return.

Suddenly a pickup truck owned by a local resident passed by and the man stopped it. We didn't understand what they were talking about in the local language so we were told to ride the car by sitting in the back among the grass food for cattle. which the car headed back the way we came.

On the way we, who sat in the back of the car, agreed that when the car slowed down we would jump from the car and in the end there was a herd of cows blocking the progress of the car so that the pace slowed down and it was time between us to give the code to jump.

One of us counted one .. two .. three .. jump..... finally the three of us jumped from the car towards the mountain where there were many tall and lush tamarind (tamarindus indica) tree trunks, without looking back the three of us ran as fast as we could only the voice of the driver was heard from a distance hee.... don't run back and we will catch you then the driver turned his car back to the place earlier by driving very fast.

Then the three of us stopped for a moment with our breath panting to get provisions in the form of mineral water to quench our thirst due to the events that had just occurred, we also took out a knife, one of the camping equipment, and grasped a fallen tree branch to make a stick as an aid in climbing.

After the fatigue recovered with the weight of the backpack on our shoulders, the three of us started climbing where the crossing road was no one through the shrubs and tree roots hanging accidentally we crossed a small cave where there were many bird feathers scattered around, it seemed like this was an eagle feather, we saw that there was a beak that was peeling off and its claws were also there.

One of us remembered that maybe there was a snake in this cave he ate the eagle one more friend answered that it was impossible for the snake to eat it because there were beaks and claws and feathers scattered around this is the process of adapting the eagle to survive in because it has entered its old age to continue its next life.

If the snake ate the eagle, of course everything he ate where he could leave his feathers and claws, I nodded to hear it because it could be accepted with logic then we continued climbing by crossing steep rocks with a beautiful view of the sea then the friend we have to be careful this we cross the cliff area with rocks besides slipping there must be many venomous animals

Like scorpions, centipedes yes I answered with caution we stepped finally we got to the top of the mountain here the wind is very strong and the sound of jungle people salaing sahut sahutan makes a tense atmosphere that is accompanied by the sound of small animals such as insects wake up the goose bumps

I invited to immediately descend from the climb to quickly get to the white sand beach we should not waste too much time so as not to let it get dark we are still in this forest later it will be too dangerous for us which finally we descended from the climb with our eyes very alert watching for wild animals

without feeling the time passed we were finally able to look at the sea with white sand on the beach which was bordered by weeds (imperata cylindrica) and we tried to make up for the weeds, how surprised we were to see a cannabis plantation (cannabis sativa) growing in the gap between the rocks at the foot of the mountain.

among us whispering we take a few stems to relax when night falls when we are ready to camp then we take a few stems that are a bit old along with the flowers and seeds, usually the seeds are made as a cooking spice as a substitute for food flavoring and making meat soft quickly this is done by local people during celebrations.

Again engrossed in picking, we were suddenly surprised that we were surrounded by several very scary people and each of them held a machete and javelin ready to slash the neck of one of their leaders, don't run if you want to be safe, they walked slowly towards us so that we were cornered by one of the mountain arches with rocks so that we surrendered to being captured.

Then one of them spoke in the local language which we were very confused and very afraid and took out a rope to tie the three of us that night we were brought to the beach with our hands tied then they said tomorrow night when the moon shines you will only get a decision according to the punishment you did.

Before that we have been watching your journey from the dove of the herald while pointing the dove don't you think villagers like us are all stupid apparently the first person we met first gave information about his crane who was watching the marijuana plantation as their informant.

That night we were given hand-tied pangang monkey meat whose seasoning contained cannabis seeds that had been mashed with a hungry stomach we ate by being fed by them my head felt very heavy my vision began to appear multiple shadows I heard my friend crying while calling out to her mother ...

My heart was very upset and restless my chest was very heavy with breathing heavily then I begged to ask for forgiveness for our mistake of going to a forbidden place but they were silent while looking very cynical the atmosphere began to be silent which was heard only the roar of the wind and waves on the beach thinking about what fate would happen time passed until dawn broke.

Suddenly I heard my friend thrashing by stomping his feet on the ground, it turned out that there was a snake as big as a thumb that was crawling red with black spots under his feet so that the snake died instantly with his head crushed due to the very strong stomp.

Then one of them ran up to us with his head bowed with both knees on the ground while holding the snake and then he shouted as loud as he could and hit my friend in the face so that his nose was broken and bleeding so much that the blood was smeared all over my friend's wajak with only his eyes visible.

It turns out that according to their belief that the snake child is an incarnation of the gods to keep them safe on certain days they always bring offerings to the mother snake who is in the ulu area of the river that juts out into the sea there is a large rock covered with grass and shrubs where worship and offerings will be given to a giant snake that is almost the size of two coconut trees

That afternoon we were not given food or drink so our bodies were weak with hunger and thirst we felt towards the afternoon suddenly three boats came towards us several people got off the boat talked to the group then they took us one person a boat across the beach towards the upstream river

The three of us were dropped off and walked up the mountain occasionally I saw my friend fall but they didn't care dragging and forcing us to walk even though we were limping finally we reached our destination aternyata there was a waterfall on top of which there was a very large rock I saw the rest of the offerings used in the ritual.

Then one of them dragged my friend towards the stone platform then they recited a spell which then smeared my friend's entire body with oil and finally with monkey blood they did it in a hurry who then ran to the hiding place with us.

Suddenly the earth felt shaken and the sound of a roar that I had never heard and immediately my eyes opened wide I could not believe what I saw a very large snake swallowing my friend in an unsettled state I saw a silent and stiff horde stunned at the horror that was beyond the limits of normal people's thinking.

In the end I screamed and ran towards the waterfall which was not far from where I was standing without thinking long I jumped towards the waterfall then I fell and don't remember how I got in the fishing boat which finally I was handed over to the nearest police station where I told what happened.

So that I was given drinking water and then taken to the hospital for a while under police supervision to be questioned as a follow-up report on the case.
