From the school physics course, Ku remembered that light has the greatest speed.

-This is the speed of propagation...- Ku stammered, he didn't remember what was spreading at the same time. A thought flashed through my head about photons, some particles of something... then he thought about the speed of sound, about hypersonic... and whether there is hyperlight...hyperluminal speed of movement. He couldn't even imagine the speed of light, and here is hyper...

-Find the center of the room and stand there, I'll show you something.

Ku obediently took a half step to the right... there, in his opinion, was the center.
And suddenly the room became dark... Not just dark, Ku was enveloped in complete darkness. Not like the walls, he couldn't see the tip of his own nose. But he felt his hair begin to move...

-Stupid people, you reduce speeds to a comparison with the speed of light. And try to compare them with the speed of darkness...

The path to the light can be difficult and long, what is your speed on this path? It depends on personal efforts.

The path to darkness is much shorter and easier, you just need to stop being human.

There is always a choice.

-Что ты знаешь о скорости света?
В пустой и голой комнате вопрос прозвучал несколько странно. Было непонятно, откуда раздался этот низкий голос и кому он мог принадлежать.

Ку стоял в комнате, которая имела форму куба. Он сразу понял это по высокому потолку и странной для комнаты геометрии. Стены были абсолютно белыми и казалось излучали много света. Кроме того светился пол и потолок. Ку не смог увидеть ни одной тени.

-Ты видишь привычный тебе мир, он состоит из света, но ты не ответил на вопрос... какова его скорость.
Из школьного курса физики Ку помнил, что свет имеет самую большую скорость.

-Это скорость распространения...- Ку запнулся, он не помнил, что при этом распространяется. В голове мелькнула мысль о фотонах, каких-то частицах чего-то... потом он подумал о скорости звука, о гиперзвуке... а бывает ли гиперсвет...гиперсветовая скорость движения. Он не мог представить даже скорость света, а тут гипер...

-Найди центр комнаты и встань там, я тебе кое-что покажу.
Ку послушно сделал полшага вправо... там по его мнению и был центр.
И вдруг в комнате стало темно... не просто темно, Ку окутал полный мрак. Не то что стены, он не видел кончика собственного носа. Зато почувствовал, как его волосы начали шевелиться...

-Глупые люди, вы сводите скорости к сравнению со скоростью света. А попробуйте сравнить их со скоростью тьмы...

Путь к свету может быть трудным и долгим, какова ваша скорость на данном пути? Она зависит от личных усилий.

Путь к тьме гораздо короче и проще, надо всего лишь расчеловечиться.

Выбор есть всегда.
