Mood swings happens to everyone let's know what causes it and how to handle it a
WHAT IS MOOD SWINGS?
Mood swings are unexpected or sudden changes that makes you feel unhappy especially when you are angry.
common causes of mood swing
- Depriving ourselves of sleep,
- Stress
- Side effect of drugs
- Pregnancy
- Menopause
- Depression
There are minor mood swings that happens to everyone on regular and daily basis due to our daily experience, activities, stress poor sleep emotional factors
Also, most women experienced a mild form of mood swing depending on their menstrual cycle and at times some feels worse when ovulating and even when they have menstrual cramps.
There are also major causes of mood swings depression, brain damage etc this can affect our relationships, schools, daily activities, work etc
Ways to manage mood swings
- Identify the roots of your mood swings, once it is identified, fix it and you'll be better.
For example, if you discover you are going through pains solve the issue, if it is as a result you didn't sleep well at night find time and give yourself a rest.
Listen to music; personally I enjoyed listening to music when I'm moody and it helps a lot, it's relieves me it also depends on the lyrics of the musics.
Talk to someone; instead of feeling moody like the whole world is about to fall on you talk to a friend, it helps a lot at least you'll be relieved.
Progressive moodswings results in mental health,so you have to be careful
NOTE; please do not hesitate to talk to someone if it becomes too much for you to handle adequate exercise also helps please always remember to take care of your health because health is wealth

When we have mood swings please let us be guided by the way we talked because we might do something that at the end we will be very angry that we do it and it best to always talk to someone this will help to relieve the mood swings.
