A computer is an essential tool in my daily and professional life. For my adult work, I have to use different software. For example, I use Microsoft Word for document preparation, Microsoft Excel for data system design, Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and Visual Studio Code for various software development.

• File editing: projects, spreadsheets, presentations.

Mobile phones are one of the main reasons for increasing efficiency in my life. Generally, I use mobile phones for communication, social media, application use and information search.

• Visual Media Entertainment: Watching movies, and videos via Netflix, and YouTube.

The use of smartwatches is a primary device for monitoring my health and physical activity. It enables me to monitor and track the performance of my daily activities.

• Notifications: Get instant response on mobile notifications.

• Exercise efficiency: exercise routines, effort reduction, planning and reporting.

The use of drones is very useful for both professional and recreational purposes. It is a powerful tool, especially for photography and videography.

A Week Without Tech Tools: Impact on Productivity

Thinking that I can't use any tech or manual tools for a week can seriously affect my productivity. First, daily communication will be difficult. Losing the cell phones and computers I usually use with me, communication with coworkers and friends

Delays in office work. File editing, software development, and document processing will be delayed as software, social media, and package applications may not be used. Without apps like Trello and Asana used for project management, it will be difficult to organize tasks and organize information

Difficulty in finding information. By not using search engines like Google and Bing, we are getting the latest information and news

Exercise, health monitoring, and entertainment are minimized by the absence of other technological tools

In the end, losing tools would greatly reduce my productivity and work skills, impacting business activities, social relationships, and personal resources.
