I liked your point that while taking any decision, we should take full care of the pros and cons of any problem. In fact, there is always some problem in life and decisions should be taken very wisely keeping in mind everyone's interests.

Of course, change is not always expected. You may have to bear losses because of it. But it is only through change that we learn new things and know about them.
