How do you handle yourself when making decisions? Are you able to solve problems?

Decision making is a very important part of our existence. The decisions we make affects us directly hence we should be able to make right decisions.

I try to be logical and calculated when making decisions. In as much as I want to save time and do things rightly, I do not like to rush into things. Careful thoughts and weighing of all the available options helps me to make the right decisions.

When I’ve diligently considered the pros and the cons of what I want to do, it helps me to effectively make the right decisions and they always come out good and am able to solve problems through them.

Intelligent people know how to align their abilities with their possibilities, do you think that is the secret to success from your perspective?

There is not one secret to success as being successful is a component of many other things like consistency, diligence and discipline.

Aligning one’s abilities with their possibilities is a good start as this helps to create focus on one part. Being a Jack of all trade gets nothing achieved.

Focus on the area of you possibilities and putting in your best all contribute to one being successful. So it’s not the only secret to success but a part of the secret.

Creativity is often associated with the artistic but it goes beyond that, how creative are you? Do you find it difficult to conceive ideas?

Everyone has an atom of creativity in them just that it differs from one thing to the other. Am creative when it comes to writing, speaking and some kind of craft like baking but am not creative in the area of arts or drawing.

I don’t have issues conceiving ideas. The ideas almost times comes as inspiration especially when I need to do a particularly project.

People who are artistic are also perceived as being creative but creativity actually goes beyond artistry. I think it actually touches every aspect of life.

Are you able to work and have people around you who are smarter than you? What advantages are there in that?

I have always loved to work with people who are smarter than me because am someone who loves to grow and learn. Learning is an integral part of everyday living.

These have its advantages as:

• It gives me room to grow
• You learn from people who are better than you
• It challenges you to upgrade and do better

How easily do you adapt to new changes in any aspect or area of ​​your life? Does it usually overwhelm you or the opposite?

Change is always anticipated in life. A lot of people adapt to change easily while other don’t. Some changes are easier to grasp with while others are not.

For me I think am a very spontaneous person and I always love to look at things from the positive aspect. I adapt to change rather easily and sometimes I drag along with it depending on the enormity of the change.
