It's nice that you working with smart people an ego problem, but you enjoy working with them and you know that if you sit down and work with them, you will benefit and you will increase your intellectual abilities. It is not that you are not intellectual that is why you have to sit with them, but you are wise and that is why you have to sit with them because those who are not wise are those people. Co minded people sitting side by side is considered ego. All your points are very well understood.
