Aslam-mu-Alakum!

The vineyards are very popular in my village. The grape crop starts ripening in my village in the first week of June and lasts till the last week of July. Grapes are being harvested in my village and surrounding areas at the moment and farmers are sending their crops to markets and bazaars.

Today's post is about a vineyard tour. There is a beautiful area near my village called Swans. The farmers of Swans first planted the grape crop and when the farmers of the surrounding area saw that the grape crop was profitable, then the farmers started cultivating the grape crop everywhere.

Currently, most of the vineyards are located in and around Swans. There are many varieties of grapes and varieties. There are three types of grapes grown in my area, one is white grapes. The second type is red or red grapes and there are two types of grapes, one with seeds and one without seeds.

Both are very sweet in terms of their sweetness. I like white which is also called green grape very much. But at the moment, grape farmers are worried because it is raining heavily and there is a risk of the grape crop being damaged during the rainy season.

The vineyard I am in today belongs to Shifaullah Khan and Shifaullah Khan's grapes are very famous for their sweetness and taste. Also, all the grapes in this area are very sweet. Grapes are grown in our area at this time, so the price is very low.

At present, a kilo of grapes costs 100 rupees. One kg of Sorope grapes is sold in the orchard and when the shopkeepers buy grapes from the orchard, they charge the customer a profit of twenty to fifty rupees per kg.

میرے گاؤں میں انگور کے باغ بہت مشہور ہیں۔ میرے گاؤں میں انگور کی فصل جون کے پہلے ہفتے میں پکنا شروع ہو جاتی ہے اور جولائی کے آخری ہفتے تک رہتی ہے۔ اس وقت میرے گاؤں اور گردونواح میں انگور کی کٹائی ہو رہی ہے اور کسان اپنی فصل منڈیوں اور بازاروں میں بھیج رہے ہیں۔

آج کی پوسٹ انگور کے باغ کے دورے کے بارے میں ہے۔ میرے گاؤں کے قریب ایک خوبصورت علاقہ ہے جسے سوانس کہتے ہیں۔ سوانس کے کسانوں نے پہلے انگور کی فصل کاشت کی اور جب آس پاس کے کسانوں نے دیکھا کہ انگور کی فصل منافع بخش ہے تو کسانوں نے انگور کی فصل کو جگہ جگہ کاشت کرنا شروع کر دیا۔

فی الحال، انگور کے باغات میں سے زیادہ تر سوان میں اور اس کے آس پاس واقع ہیں۔ انگور کی بہت سی اقسام اور اقسام ہیں۔ میرے علاقے میں تین قسم کے انگور اگائے جاتے ہیں، ایک سفید انگور۔ دوسری قسم سرخ یا سرخ انگور ہے اور انگور کی دو قسمیں ہیں، ایک بیج کے ساتھ اور ایک بغیر بیج کے۔

دونوں اپنی مٹھاس کے لحاظ سے بہت پیارے ہیں۔ مجھے سفید رنگ بہت پسند ہے جسے سبز انگور بھی کہا جاتا ہے۔ لیکن اس وقت انگور کے کاشتکار پریشان ہیں کیونکہ تیز بارش ہو رہی ہے اور بارش کے موسم میں انگور کی فصل کو نقصان پہنچنے کا خطرہ ہے۔

آج میں جس انگور کے باغ میں ہوں وہ شفاء اللہ خان کا ہے اور شفاء اللہ خان کے انگور اپنی مٹھاس اور ذائقے کی وجہ سے بہت مشہور ہیں۔ اس کے علاوہ اس علاقے کے تمام انگور بہت میٹھے ہیں۔ اس وقت ہمارے علاقے میں انگور کی کاشت ہوتی ہے اس لیے قیمت بہت کم ہے۔

اس وقت ایک کلو انگور کی قیمت 100 روپے ہے۔ باغات میں ایک کلو سوروپ انگور فروخت ہوتے ہیں اور جب دکاندار باغ سے انگور خریدتے ہیں تو وہ گاہک سے بیس سے پچاس روپے فی کلو منافع وصول کرتے ہیں۔

in my village there are dozen the vineyards and every farmer is very much happy that now their The vineyards are ready for harvesting, i visited The vineyards and i enjoyed very much. i bought 5KG grapes and i ate them , grapers were very much sweet and delicious, all grapes were very much juicy and sweet.

i met with the owner of The vineyard , he gave me some information about the grapes, he said that some insect are very much dangerous for The vineyards , he used spray to protect the grapes from the insect attack.

he said, that spray are very much expensive and are also very much harmful for human being, but he said that we always warn to buyer that before eating the grapes, they should wash the grapes with fresh water .

if the grapes are not washed , then do not eat, there are many insect that make nest, and lay eggs in grapes , so it is very much necessary to wash the grapes carefully before eating them.

میرے گاؤں میں انگور کے درجنوں باغات ہیں اور ہر کسان بہت خوش ہے کہ اب ان کے انگور کے باغ کٹائی کے لیے تیار ہیں، میں نے انگور کے باغوں کا دورہ کیا اور مجھے بہت لطف آیا۔ میں نے 5 کلو انگور خریدے اور میں نے انہیں کھایا، انگور بہت میٹھے اور لذیذ تھے، تمام انگور بہت رسیلے اور میٹھے تھے۔

میں انگور کے باغ کے مالک سے ملا، اس نے مجھے انگور کے بارے میں کچھ معلومات دی، اس نے بتایا کہ انگور کے باغات کے لیے کچھ کیڑے بہت خطرناک ہیں، اس نے انگوروں کو کیڑوں کے حملے سے بچانے کے لیے اسپرے کا استعمال کیا۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ سپرے بہت مہنگے ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ انسان کے لیے بھی بہت زیادہ نقصان دہ ہیں تاہم انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم خریدار کو ہمیشہ تنبیہ کرتے ہیں کہ انگور کھانے سے پہلے انگوروں کو تازہ پانی سے دھو لیں۔

اگر انگور نہ دھوئے جائیں تو نہ کھائیں، انگوروں میں بہت سے کیڑے مکوڑے گھونسلے بناتے ہیں اور انڈے دیتے ہیں، اس لیے انگور کو کھانے سے پہلے احتیاط سے دھونا بہت ضروری ہے۔

میں نے انگور کا باغ دیکھا، میں نے کچھ تصویریں لیں اور یہاں میں اپنی انگور کی تصاویر اپنی اردو کمیونٹی کے ساتھ شیئر کر رہا ہوں۔

Red grapes are very sweet grapes, so red grapes has no seed but there is one variety> that has seed, but i really liked the size of the red grapes, one bunch of grape was 2kg and three kg in weight . grapes were looking very beautiful on branches and were hanging.

سرخ انگور بہت میٹھے انگور ہوتے ہیں، لہٰذا سرخ انگور میں کوئی بیج نہیں ہوتا لیکن ایک قسم ہے جس میں بیج ہوتا ہے، لیکن مجھے سرخ انگور کا سائز بہت پسند آیا، انگور کا ایک گچھا 2 کلو اور وزن میں تین کلو تھا۔ انگور شاخوں پر بہت خوبصورت لگ رہے تھے اور لٹک رہے تھے۔

beautiful bunch of red grapes, looking amazing, i am getting really water in my mouth, when i saw these photographs at the time of writing the post. i am thinking that tomorrow again, i should go to grapes garden to buy more grapes but i will go on Saturday to buy the grapes from the vineyards. because there is eid ul azha on Sunday, we will eat grapes , also will serve to guest, grapes are good after eating meat, so i will go to buy again grapes on Saturday.

سرخ انگوروں کا خوبصورت گچھا، لاجواب لگ رہا ہے، جب میں نے پوسٹ لکھتے وقت یہ تصویریں دیکھی تو میرے منہ میں پانی آ گیا۔ میں سوچ رہا ہوں کہ کل پھر مجھے انگور کے باغ میں مزید انگور خریدنے چاہئیں لیکن میں انگور کے باغات سے انگور خریدنے کے لیے ہفتہ کو جاؤں گا۔ کیونکہ اتوار کو عید الاضحی ہے، ہم انگور کھائیں گے، مہمان کو بھی سرو کریں گے، گوشت کھانے کے بعد انگور اچھے ہوتے ہیں، اس لیے میں ہفتہ کو دوبارہ انگور خریدنے جاؤں گا۔
