حکومت پنجاب سکولوں کی ترقی پر کام کر رہی ہے۔ ہر افسر حکومت کی ان تمام ہدایات کو لاگو کرنے کی کوشش کر رہا ہے جو سکول کی صفائی اور عمارت کی مرمت کے مسائل کو بہتر بنانے کے لیے دی گئی ہیں۔ سرگودھا ڈویژن کے آفیسر نے گورنمنٹ ٹبی سکول کا دورہ کیا اور سکول کے تمام ماحول کو چیک کیا۔ انہوں نے سکول کے تمام حصوں کو چیک کیا اور سکول کا ریکارڈ، اساتذہ کی حاضری کا ریکارڈ، طلباء کی کارکردگی کا ریکارڈ بھی چیک کیا اور کلاس روم کی چھتوں کو بھی چیک کیا۔ اس کے ساتھ ڈی ای او میانوالی اور ڈی ای او سیکنڈری سعد رسول تھے۔ مذکورہ اسکول کے سربراہ ان کی ہر طرف رہنمائی کرتے ہیں اور اسکول کے پاس موجود ہر ریکارڈ فراہم کرتے ہیں۔ ڈویژن آفیسر نے سکول کی عمارت، تدریسی طریقہ کار اور کھیل کے میدان کی گراؤنڈ لیول کو بہتر بنانے کے لیے بہت سی ہدایات دیں۔ سکول ہیڈ نے تمام ٹیم سے کہا کہ وہ سکول کو اردگرد کے بہترین سکولوں میں سے ایک بنانے کی پوری کوشش کر رہے ہیں۔ آفیسر نے تمام سکول سٹاف سے کہا کہ سکول کی عمارت کو باقاعدگی سے چیک کیا جائے اور باقاعدگی سے صفائی کی جائے۔ مذکورہ اسکول کا علاقہ دور دراز کا علاقہ ہے اور علاقے کی آبادی تعلیم کے حصول کے لیے بہت زیادہ خواہش مند ہے اور ان کے لیے دروازے پر تعلیم حاصل کرنے کے لیے تبی اسکول بہترین جگہ ہے۔ سکول ہیڈ نے یہ بھی کہا کہ ٹیچنگ سٹاف کی کمی ہے اور حکومت سکول کی خالی اسامی کو پُر کرے۔

ڈویژن آفیسر نے کہا کہ وہ کمروں کی چھتوں کو چیک کرنا چاہتے ہیں تو سکول کے سربراہ نے سیڑھی لائی تو ڈویژن آفیسر چھت پر جا کر وہاں کی صفائی کا جائزہ لیا۔ لیکن وہاں پتے تھے جو بارش کے پانی کے بہاؤ کو روک رہے تھے۔ ڈویژن آفیسر نے فوری طور پر چھتوں کو صاف کرنے کی ہدایت کی۔ سکول کے سربراہ نے چپراسی اور کلاس فور کے دوسرے سٹاف کو بلایا کہ چھت صاف کرو۔

تمام عمارت کی حالت بہت اچھی تھی۔ طلباء و طالبات کے لیے پیدل چلنے کا علاقہ بہت وسیع تھا۔ سکول کا گراؤنڈ بہت بڑا تھا۔ سکول کے گراؤنڈ میں بہت سے پودے تھے جو بہت خوبصورت لگ رہے تھے۔ ڈویژن آفیسر نے واشنگ روم، بیت الخلا اور کچن ایریا کو چیک کیا، تمام تر صفائی ستھرائی کی صورتحال پر اطمینان پایا گیا۔

سکول کی عمارت، چھت، گراؤنڈ ایریا، پلانٹ، واش روم، بیت الخلاء چیک کرنے کے بعد وہ کلاس رومز میں گئے اور طلباء سے انٹرویو لیا۔ اس نے طالب علم کی مختلف مضامین کی کاپیاں چیک کیں۔ وہ بہت خوش ہوا کہ طلباء کی تحریریں بہت اچھی تھیں اور تمام کاپیاں، ہوم ورک کاپیاں، کلاس ورک کاپیاں اساتذہ نے اچھی طرح چیک کیں۔ ڈیویژن آفیسر نے طلباء سے کچھ سوال بھی کئے اور طلباء کی طرف سے انہیں تسلی بخش جواب ملا، یہ ثابت ہوا کہ تمام ٹیچنگ سٹاف بہت اچھی اور محنت سے پڑھا رہا ہے۔

ڈویژن آفیسر نے لاگ بک میں ریمارکس لکھے اور پھر کچھ ہدایت دی کہ وہ مستقبل میں اسکول کے دورے کے وقت چیک کریں گے۔ اس نے تمام سٹاف اور سکول کے حق میں بہت اچھے ریمارکس لکھے اور دوسرے سکول کو چیک کرنے کے لیے روانہ ہو گیا۔ یہ تمام رپورٹ مذکورہ اسکول کے عملے سے موصول ہوئی ہے اور میں بطور استاد صحافی اور بلاگر لکھ رہا ہوں۔

The school head told the entire team that they are trying their best to make the school one of the best around. The officer asked all the school staff to check the school building regularly and clean it regularly. The area of ​​the said school is a remote area and the population of the area is very eager to get education and this school is the best place for them to get education at the door. The school head also said that there is a shortage of teaching staff and the government should fill the vacant posts in the school.

The division officer said that he wanted to check the ceilings of the rooms, so the head of the school brought a ladder, so the division officer went to the roof and checked the cleanliness there. But there were leaves blocking the flow of rainwater. The Divisional Officer immediately directed to clear the roofs. The head of the school called the peon and other staff of class IV to clean the roof.

All buildings were in very good condition. The walking area for students was very wide. The school ground was very big. There were many plants in the school grounds which looked very beautiful. The Divisional Officer checked the washing room, toilet and kitchen area, all were found to be satisfied with the sanitary condition.

After checking the school building, roof, ground area, plant, washroom, toilets, he went to the classrooms and interviewed the students. He checked the student's copies of various subjects. He was very happy that the students' writings were very good and all the copies, homework copies, classwork copies were well checked by the teachers. The Divisional Officer also asked some questions to the students and got a satisfactory response from the students, it proved that all the teaching staff are teaching very well and hard.

The Division Officer wrote the remarks in the log book and then gave some instructions that he would check during future visits to the school. He wrote very good remarks about all the staff and the school and left to check out another school.
