میری تمام اردو کمیوہنٹی کو پیار اور محبت کہتا ہوں اور نئے اسلامی سال کا پہلا دن سب کو مبارک ہو۔ آج محرم الحرام کی پہلی تاریخ ہے اور تمام امت مسلمہ آج نئے اسلامی سال کے پہلے دن امام حسن اور حسین کو یاد کررہی ہے۔ پوری امت مسلمہ نئے اسلامی سال کےآغاز سے ہی امام حسین اور حسن کی یاد میں تقریبات کا اور مجالس کا انعقاد کیا جاتا ہے۔ محرم الحرام کا مہینہ غم کا مہینہ بھی ہے کیونکہ اس ماہ حضرت امام حسین نے اسلام کا پرچم سربلند کیا اور تاقیامت اسلام کا کو عروج بخشا۔ امام حسین قیامت تک تمام مسلمانوں کے لیے ہدایت کا سر چشمہ رہینگے۔ تمام مسلمان محرم الحرام کو بہت عقیدت اور احترام سے گزارتے ہیں۔ تمام مسلمان امام حسین اور حسن کی قربانی کو یاد کرکے ان کی شہادت پر فخر محسوس کرتے ہیں۔ کہ کسطرح امام حسین اسلام کا پرچم سر بلند کیا اور کفر کے آگے سر نہیں جھکایا۔

امام حسین پوری امت مسلمہ کے امام ہیں۔ محرم کے مہینہ کی آج پہلی تاریخ ہے اور پہلی تاریخ سے ہی محرم کی تقریبات کا آغاز ہوجاتا ہے۔ مختلف جگہوں پر مجالس کا اہتمام کیا جاتا ہے اور ان مجالس میں امام حسین کی شہادت پر بحث کی جاتی ہے اور نئ نسل کو امام حسین کی عظیم قربانی کے متعلق آگاہ کیا جاتا ہے۔ ضلع میانوالی کے ہر چھوٹے بڑے علاقے میں مجالس کا اہتمام کیا جاتا ہے۔ کوٹ بیلیاں ایک ایسا علاقہ ہے جہاں کے لوگ پہلی محرم سے لے کر چالیس دن تک محرم کا احترام کرتے ہیں۔ آج کوٹ بیلیاں شہر میں مجلس کا اہتمام کیا گیا اور زاکر حضرات نے مجلس پڑھی۔

ان مجالس میں عوام بہت بڑی تعداد میں شرکت کرتی ہے تو مقامی افراد اپنے طور پر سیکورٹی کے فراہض سرانجام دیتے ہیں تاکہ عوام الناس کی جان مال کی حفاظت کو یقینی بنایا جاسکے اور شرپسند عناصر کے مکروہ عظاہم کو خاک میں ملایا جاسکے۔

محرم الحرم کی پہلی تاریخ سے لوگ ، مجالس میں شرکت کرنے والوں کو کے لیے میھٹے اور دودھ سے بنے مشروبات کا انتظام کرتے ہیں تاکہ کوئی شخص گرمی میں پیاس کی شدت کا شکار نہ ہو۔ کیونکہ محرم کی پہلی تاریخ سے یزید امام حسین اور اسکے خاندان پر پانی بند کردیا تھا۔ امام حسین پیاس کی حالت میں شہید کردہیے گئے تھے۔

حکومت محرم کی پہلی تاریخ سے مجالس کو فول پروف سیکورٹی فراہم کرتی ہے تاکہ کسی بھی ناخوشگوار واقعہ سے بچا جاسکے۔ کوٹ بیلیاں میں مقامی سیکورٹی کے علاوہ پولیس بھی موجود تھی اور ہر آنے جانے والے کو چیک کررہی تھی۔

Meetings are organized at different places and in these meetings the martyrdom of Imam Hussain is discussed and the new generation is informed about the great sacrifice of Imam Hussain. Majlis are organized in every small and big area of ​​Mianwali district. Kot Beliyan is an area where people observe Muharram from the first day of Muharram to the forty days. Today, a Majlis was organized in Kot Belian City and Zakir read the Majlis.

People participate in these gatherings in large numbers, so the local people perform security duties on their own to ensure the safety of the lives and property of the people and to destroy the heinous acts of the miscreants.

From the first day of Muharram, people arrange sweet and milky drinks for those attending the majlis so that no one gets thirsty in the heat. Because from the first date of Muharram, water was stopped on Yazid Imam Hussain and his family. Imam Hussain was martyred in a state of thirst.

The government provides fool-proof security to the Majlis from the first day of Muharram to avoid any untoward incident. Apart from the local security in Kot Belian, the police were also present and checking every visitor.
