مرغی کا گوشت ایک کلو	1 kg chicken 🐔meant

پیاز تین عدد	Three onions

ادرک 100 گرام	Ginger 100 grams

لہسن 50 گرام	Garlic 50 grams

سبز مرچ	Green chilli

تین عدد لیموں	Three lemons

سب سے پہلے میں نے ایک کلو گرام مرغی کا گوشت اور تین پیاز ایک برتن میں ڈالے اس میں ایک کپ پانی ڈالا ۔20 منٹ تک پیاز اور گوشت کو گرم کیا تاکہ اس کے اندر سے تمام جراثیم ختم ہو جائیں

۔جب پانی خشک ہو گیا تو اس کے اندر میں نے 200 گرام کشمیر گھی ڈالا ۔ گھی کے بعد میں نے اس کے اندر ادراک لہسن لیموں اور سبز مرچیں یہ تمام چیزیں ڈالیں ۔

جب یہ تمام چیزیں اچھی طرح سے پک گیں تو آخر میں میں نے ایک کپ دہی ڈال دہی اور جب دہی خشک ہوگی تو یہ ذائقہ دار ڈش تیار ہوگی

First I put one kilogram of chicken meat and three onions in a pot and put a cup of water in it.

Heat the onion and meat for 20 minutes so that all the germs are removed from it. When the water is dry. So I put 200 grams of Kashmir ghee in it. After the ghee, I put the garlic, lemon and green chillies in it.

When all these things are cooked well, I finally add a cup of yoghurt and when the yoghurt is dry, this tasty dish will be ready.
