How are you guys? All of you are welcome to my blog. No one can finish the title of this week's Urdu Community Engagement Contest S2 W3 in a few words. Also, I wanted to present my content about it, so I am now preparing to share my words with you in this article.

♨️ Covid-19 was an epidemic. What would you say about it? Explain in your own words.

I first heard the word Covid-19 in December 2019. Although the Covid-19 epidemic is spreading across China, I never thought it would affect Sri Lanka. But by the second week of March 2020, Sri Lanka was locked-down as one Covid-19 patient was found in Sri Lanka. I later realized why there was so much commotion in Sri Lanka because of one patient. Voice videos of patients sharing their experiences on social networking sites have raised awareness about the dangers of the Covid-19 epidemic. Later, the Covid-19 epidemic spread rapidly around the world, killing many lives prematurely. It was a very tragic difficult time. But now that people are being treated for the Covid-19 epidemic, the incidence of the disease has been reduced.

♨️ What difficulties did you personally encounter during Covid-19?

During the Covid-19 period, I was greatly hampered in my studies. Due to the corona epidemic, the Advance Level Examination I was preparing for took several months. So I had to remember the subject matter I had studied for a long time and it discouraged me. We were very upset not knowing the exact date of the exam as the Advance Level Examination was postponed from time to time.

♨️ How Steemit blockchain helped you during Covid-19?

During the Covid-19 era, Steemit helped me a lot to take my life on a meaningful path. There I made many designs to beautify my house & taught it with my Steemians. And the delicious food recipes were prepared in a way that cost less. We are also free to express our views freely.

The SteemFoods Community has given Steemit members around the world 2SBD per person to buy groceries. It also gave me the opportunity to buy a lot of dry food items for the house.
It is a very good deed. I would like to thank @alikoc07 for being the main organizer in this great donation. I think it would be worthwhile to make such a food donation during the Covid-19 period.

♨️ How many people in your household were affected by Covid-19 disease and what was the condition?

No one in my family, including my mother, father, sister, brother and myself, was infected with the Covid-19 epidemic. The main reason for this is the fear of the disease, so always be vigilant and cautious about the disease. The Covid-19 epidemic was averted by ensuring that the respiratory system, such as the throat and nose, were not infected on a daily basis and that proper hygiene practices were followed.

♨️How did Steemit keep you busy or rely on information when you were home locked during covid-19?

It's been a year and 3 months since I joined Steemit. During that time I recognized many Steemit members in countries around the world. Many members supported me to move forward in Steemit. And every time I am encouraged by it, I always try to present my skills by sharing quality content.

Steemit can be described as a social media platform that teaches how to act in a global epidemic called Covid-19, and guides the health habits to be followed. The way in which members from different countries happily spend time with their family members is truly heartwarming. Steemit acts as a wonderful school that always gives courage, strength and mortivation. It is a great support to be able to express yourself freely without any influence when writing articles.

♨️Did you sell steemit earing during covid-19 to reduce or eliminate the problems you face in your daily life?

Yes, of course. I made sure to cover all the money I cashed out of Steemit for my education. For that, I am actively working with Steemit, sharing my skills like drawing, crafting & cooking.

I have gained a lot of experience from Steemit into my life so far. I think joining Steemit was one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. Spending a few minutes on Steemit no matter how busy you are is now a habit. Since it has become a hobby for me now, I make the opportunity to spend time in a very fun way.

I am very happy to connect @piumal & @gayeshakavi steemit together. Living on a social network with such differently beautiful people leads us to change time meaningfully. That's why I like Steemit more than any other social network.

♨️What difficulties, major issues, did you face during Covid-19's terrible disease and how did Steemit improve, support and help in your life during Covid-19 and other people around your city or country. (write own experience)?

No one would have thought that a plague like Covid-19 would have to be faced in a lifetime. During the Covid-19 period I used the money I had cashout through Steemit to minimize economic hardship and to continue my education. Of course steemit helps to spend more meaningful time than using other social networks. The early days of Covid-19, a difficult time in life, were a time when many people collapsed economically. And a time of mental decline.

During the early days of Covid-19 in Sri Lanka, my mother was admitted to the hospital. She had to spend about two weeks in the hospital doing an injection course due to infection in her leg. It was the first time I had been separated from my mother for so long. During that time my sister and I prepared food for her. It was during that time that I first devoted most of my time to cooking in the kitchen. The mother, who is the backbone of the family, did not stay at home and missed many chores due to her illness. It affected our family very hard. As I recall it, I am reminded of how those days were spent.
