Hello friends of Urdu community. It's good to be here with my first post being the Steemit engagement challenge contest post.

Write about the social media you use the most daily and why is it beneficial for you or not?

As most of us know, social media is a digital space where we can connect to the world. They are simply applications and websites, where we can communicate with other users in different parts of the globe.

Besides ,for social networking, social media can be used for digital learning , acquisition of skills , telemedicine, digital marketing such that people get to know your products and services via online space, etc . People get connected to news and information as well. The benefits of social media are really immense. You can be in your comfort zone and stay globally informed and relevant.

There are several social media but the ones I used the most are WhatsApp and Instagram.

WhatsApp

This is an application for messaging with people you have contacts with. I use this most of the time to communicate with people via chats, voice call, video call, status updates. With WhatsApp status and WhatsApp TV, I connect people to values and services. I also learn and share with others via WhatsApp. A good social capital can be built here, but it is limited to those who have your contact.

Instagram

I share and learn on Instagram too. It's a social platform for pictures, videos, reels etc. It's fun to meet a whole lot of people of different calibres here. It's an online space for digital marketing, where you can run sponsored ads for your products or services, as well. I use this feature to promote my service too. A great social capital is actually acquired here, but It might just take a while to build.

Why do you think spending more time on steemit than on other social media platforms can help you grow in life and benefits your life?

Steemit is one of the social media I spend more time on. Spending more time here helps me to acquire values necessary for life and growth.

• More time on Steemit help you to improve in your quality and content of writing. It creates a healthy competition for you to always do better.

• With steemit, you are able to build the value of consistency, hard work and honest work too. With plagiarism checks, it just have to be original to be worth it.

• Steemit is user-friendly, as a newbie, it's easy to use and get along. You just need to learn via achievement tasks. And for this, mentorship posts by @cryptokannon are readily available for guide.

• Steemit also rewards her users for the time spent on the platform. You get monetary value for the quality time you spend in creating good posts and good comments.

• With steemit, you are able to build interpersonal communication skills via engagement and interaction with other users.
  And this is a soft skill required for personal development in life and in all professional fields .

In the end compare Steemit with other social media platforms by talking about their advantages and disadvantages, and give examples from your personal experience.

• Steemit helps you to cultivate originality in your post.
  For other social media, no one really cares if it's not your original post.

• You get rewards in form of Steem, Steemdollar and Steempower on Steemit.
  You are not paid for writing on other social media.

• Steemit is built on Steem Blockchain.
  Other social media are not built on any blockchain.

• Steemit creates a unique password for every user, hence it can't be easily hacked.
  On other social media, there are cases of account hacked and their contacts/followers get exploited as a result.

CONCLUSION

In Conclusion, Steemit is a social media I prefer to all. It's a wonderful platform where I connect with different people, learn & share and also enjoy income benefits from creating posts. It's simply amazing to be here. I will always chose steemit over all; I have been able to increase my earning potential through steemit and acquire a lot of knowledge through different communities.
