For now, I am speechless.
The Steem I invested in is gone. Should I be happy I only invested with the money I could miss? No, I am not.
Everything about me is registered, name, address, ID, etc but if it comes to you a company.
Not banks only are a big scam, so are online shops, all those officially registered companies which make it so much "easier" to adopt the cryptocurrency. You are one of those scammers. I should have been alarmed a few weeks ago as suddenly two transfers were still pending. Pending after weeks.
I do understand why the biggest part of the world's population will not give the blockchain a chance, why mass adoption not happens. If it comes to it users have no rights, because they do not own their wallet. After cryptocurrencies are bought or transferred you take the money and run.
A quick response was always given but not in this case. Suddenly you remain quiet are out of words.
You played it in a very smart way. If customers just check their dashboard, the list with cryptocurrencies it all looks the same. The values are mentioned behind each currency. It's once they try to buy, sell or transfer the message shows up.
You must have had a good laugh about all those stupid users.

Next time don't use any exchanges without a phone number.
I had a similar experience with another Exchange it was locked for weeks.. but now with that other things going on.. maybe they followed and their funds got locked also. I dont know for sure
Pedant heel positief maar feit is dat de klantenservice/support ineens onbereikbaar is en Steem is bevroren. Geen tekst en uitleg niets. Ook via het account op Steemit liep het dood.
Ik vind hrt nietszeggend dat zij mij om mijn gegevens vragen ik betwijfel die van hun.
Twee keer waren transacties nog steeds niet verwerkt. Ik moest het maar bij verzender navragen. Ik dus. Ik moest maar met bewijzen komen (steemit geeft 2 dagen en geen transactie nummer) na veel gezeur was het een bug, verwerkt, saldo aangepast, dus niet aangepast. Toen ik hierop wees kreeg ik gewoon geen antwoord meer.
Het Nederlands van een aantal is ook uitermate slecht.
Ik wil weten waarom ik met mijn Steem niet kan doen wat ik wil. Dit is niet de eerste keer dat mij dit overkomt. Toen bitcoin zo hoog stond kon ik paar dagen niet opnemen/handelen omdat (ik meen anycoin) het niet aankon. Ze moesten ineens mensen opleiden? Mensen opleiden? Je doet het werk zelf.
Blocktrades had het een paar dagen. Met hun fondsen heb ik niets te maken. Steem bestaat gewoon en zij ontnemen mij de kans te kopen, verkopen, versturen enz.
Bij dit soort streken staat mijn verstand stil. 💕
Ik heb een reactie gehad van bitfavo. De wallets zijn ij onderhoud de verwachting is dat je volgende week weer bij je tegoed kan. Persoonlijk zou ik het naar een anoniem account op steem zetten en dan via steempeak de rest bijhouden.
Dat onderhoud zit mij niet lekker. Wat kun je met Steempeak? Niet kopen of opnemen en naar mijn bankrekening, niet ETH ed voor kopen of?
Anoniem.is niets. Als ik transfer naar een.ander acvout kan iedereen dat zien. Zelfs wat ik nog niet "redeemed" heb aan inkomsten kan men blijkbaar zien. Daar kreeg ik.al.eens een opmerking over van een big fish die vond dat ik dat moest investeren in...
Dat onderhoud... zal mij benieuwen. Krijg het vast terug als de waarde 0 is. Dat flikte anycoin destijds ook met bitcoin.
Je koopt een andere coin zoals uuhhm hier kom ik op terug. Die zet je om naar steem in een anoniem steemaccount. Zodra je steem vanuit dat steemaccount wil hebben of naar je huidige account wil zenden doe je dat via bittrex. Ned deed hetzelfde om zo zijn steemtegoeden anoniem te maken. Eenmaal via bittrex kan niemand zien waar het naartoe gaat of waar het vandaan komt. Wel eerst even testen en van te voren kijken of de wallet online staat dat kan je namelijk zien op bittrex.
Met www.steempeak.com kan je hetzelfde als steemit.com maar de eerste is van de community dus niet van meneer Sun.

A very timely post. I was about to verify with Bitvavo in order to move some crypto.
Better not if it is possible at all.I noticed over one week ago it took long after a transfer till I received a confirmation. At that time I asked too how or what and till today that question is not answered. They did not answer yesterday's email either.
What other options are there?
It's just awful. I'm sorry.
