My name is Goodnews Noah with a username @goodybest I'm from Nigeria and this my first post in this great community @steem.amal. I hoped all is well with everyone! As for me I'm great, and I'm glad to share with you all how I spent my day.

MORNING
I woke up as early as 5:30am, I had my morning worship with my family, after that I exercised, exercising is part of me and I like it because it helps me to remain active, fit and healthy so I did 400 skipping rope, 300 high knees Jump, 200 squats, 5Mins plank, and 3Mins abdominal stretch, it was lasted for 30mins and I was sweating like water!

After the exercising I prepared breakfast for my family and took my bath.

AFTERNOON
I went to the market around 12pm to buy some food stuff

The market is just a small market that deals mainly on food stuff. I actually went to buy ingredients to prepare coconut rice, Cost of goods are rocketing! I spent 1:30Mins in the market, before I reached home it was 2pm, so I just showered relaxed a bit and got ready for our weekly meet up by 3PM.

The meet-up was so interesting, our city cordinator/country @ngoenyi sensitize us on the need to promote steem in our locality, she educated us on how to introduce Steemit to people.

She encouraged us to make friends in steemit, that Steemit is a social media platform just like every other, she told us ways we can achieve this; that it is through commenting on peoples post voting on them that if we do, this ones will surely reciprocate.

She also emphasized that we should power up as much as we can. After that everyone was given an opportunity to tell the challenges they have in the platform and how to overcome them. We also share our joy in the platform, and the Meetup was ended in refreshment and taking of photographs

EVENING
Returning from Meetup, I quickly prepare coconut rice for dinner
