Let's get rid of stress ❤

Stress is something that can happen to almost all of us. The main reason for stress is lack of rest of the mind. In such cases, we have to face severe difficulties. This stress can come to us from things like anger, frustration, intense sadness and boredom. If stress persists, it can lead to depression. Many people in today's world are always busy because of their job. Some even lose their freedom because of employment. In such cases, stress occurs. Humans are not robots. They cannot continue working without rest. If that happens we will have to face various mental distresses. This stress is also a major cause of some physical ailments. Disorders such as high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, and insomnia can be caused by stress.

A person who suffers from stress often gets angry with others. They get angry at even the smallest things. This is not so appropriate. There are things that can be done to reduce stress.

1️⃣ Meditate for a while

Meditation is really something that brings freedom to the mind. The best way to reduce stress is to meditate for a while. A meditation like Anapanasathi is more suitable for this.

2️⃣ Spending time with the environment

Another good thing to do to reduce stress is to spend some time with the environment. Spending time with nature brings great joy and freedom to the mind. You can spend some time in your backyard. And to engage in more home gardening.

3️⃣ Exercise and get a healthy diet

You can exercise in the morning or in the evening. Exercise is good for reducing many physical ailments as well as controlling existing ailments. Get proper exercise and get a healthy diet. It is possible to reduce the intake of fast food and sweets.

4️⃣ Spending time with family members

You can also spend some time with your family. Some of the best things you can do for that are go to park, zoos or go to the movies with your family.

5️⃣ Reading good books
Another good thing you can do to reduce stress is to read a good book or newspaper freely. It can also increase our knowledge. There is also much to learn from a good book. There is so much we can gain in our lives through it. That is why the good book is said to be man's best friend.

Healthy is the greatest wealth. So we need to be mentally and physically healthy.

In today's society everyone suffers from stress. It is divided according to one's own mental level and what one does. The points you have made to reduce stress are simple and practical.

I am sure that we will get more stress due to the way we handle it.
I do remember that, once my boss told me not to take any stress at any cost cause this is just a temporary moment and it will go forward bringing us good times indeed.
