So as usual you are allowed to write. I 'm going to write today about a meditation that can help us reduce the pain of losing something.

It's about death meditation. Frequent remembrance of death, practiced as a meditation, helps us to cope with the grief of losing something. The lives of all of us are like a dewdrop on the grass. None of us know when we will lose our lives. So let’s practice death as a meditation.
We practice it the way the Buddha preached to us.Falling to the ground can lead to death. Toxins can enter the body and cause death.Food and drink can get stuck and die. Can catch fire and die. Can drown .It can be killed by an enemy attack. A snake bite can cause death.

This life can take our breath away and we can go to death first.Death can occur on the day of conception.Death can occur when the mother is born. Death can occur in childhood. Death can occur at a young age. Death can occur in middle age.Death can occur in old age. There is no age difference in death.

Death can occur in the morning. Death can occur during the day. Death can occur in the evening. Death can occur at night. There is no time limit for death.

Both the rich and the poor will die. Both the beautiful and the ugly will die. Both the strong and the weak will die. Both the educated and the ignorant will die .The wise and the foolish will die. There is no personal distinction to death.

In that way, those who are constantly reminded of death can endure whatever they have lost with a mediocre mind without grief.If anyone knows that his life will be lost at any time, he knows the reality of life.If he can not live his life as he pleases, if he knows that his life will be lost at any moment, if he knows that he will be separated from everything he loves, he will be able to endure anything with a mediocre heart without sorrow. We all remember death. Let’s practice it as a meditation. Let us understand the reality of life. I thank you for reading my article. Be careful guys.

I have heard and done maitri, anapanasathi and sakman meditations but this is actually the first time I heard about the death meditation. So, thank you for sharing.

We all know we die someday by someway. We definitely know it but forget it. By reminding it, this meditation make us realize about the transience more faster.

All the peoples must to think but all the time peoples are forget to think that matter.Any way you are proper explained about "Marananussathiya" according to buddhism.I think human have idea about it this world become better place than now.
