I think you cover the more area in your post than swimming.
You have talked about the Important of swimming ,maintain the body,technique of swimming,Hikkadhuwa corals,environment pollution so many things.
So really enjoying after read your post and it make impressed me to learn swimming and teach swimming to my child.😊
