How to loss weight and diet plan for life style .
Now a days most of peoples having problem regarding their body mass and maintain the BMI of body.Even we doing exercise also we can not reduced weight.
So next step is we need to change our food eating pattern.
The best thing is before you start diet plan the best thing is meet the specialist doctor and identify your health condition.
Then you can start diet plan system.

There are so many diet plan have and better you choosing what kind of plan for suitable for your life style.

Actually I am choosing 16/8 method. Its mean 16 hour rest and another 8 hours can eat.example for that if you having your breakfast 0700hrs, lunch must to be finish before 1500hrs.After that you can only possible drinking pure water,black tea with out sugar untill next day morning 0700hrs.

When I started diet plan I totally controls sweeteners and junk food.Every day drinking minimum 2.5 liters water.

If you minimize the carb food and make your meal green vegetables and protein foods result will boosting.

Another thing is you have to understand how much calories consume in your body per daily.

There are so many application in google for calculate your calories consume according your age,weight ,hight life style.example (tdeecalculater). So then you can get ideas how to maintain your calories intake.

If we can manage this thing our body will balance.All those things happen because of now a days peoples life style.Because of technology human become non active mood.My point is we must to be maximum try our level best to move the body and burn extra calories.

At the beginning it is so difficult for me and after few days it will become normal.Important things are do not give up and make strong your mind.because final result is happy ending.

Actually, I tried this diet plan once. It was difficult for me to do this because I was a frequent eater. I felt very hungry.
My gym instructor advised me on how to give my body the right diet plan. Proper eating habits as well as proper exercise are essential for physical fitness.
As well, I think your diet plan method is valuable for those who are doing diet plans☺️. I think in this way we can get speedy results as well.😃

Yes, starting a diet plan really requires a good commitment to continue. Because we are used to eating well, we often eat high calorie foods even when we are a little hungry. If it can be controlled it can go to a very good result.😊😊
