Witness Report - New seed node for Steem Community
Improving infrastructure for the Steem community
This week I deployed a complementary seed node for Steem Blockchain. Redundancy of services is vital to maintain proper availability.
As usual in my infrastructure, the node is deployed on a dedicated server to provide optimal performance:
- Intel® Core™ i7-8700 Hexa-Core incl. Hyper-Threading Technology
- RAM: 128 GB DDR4
- Hard drive: 2 x 1 TB NVMe SSD
- Connection: 1 GBit/s port
I currently have 2 seed nodes deployed:
- steemseed.3dkrender.com:2001 (new)
- steemp2p.3dkrender.com:2001
