[Issue]: Tags missing when you switch "Subscriptions"
I am an active Steemit user, regularly blogging, sharing, and documenting my thoughts on the Steemit blockchain.
However, I've noticed an issue: the tags don't get pre-filled when switching between different subscriptions.

Steps to Reproduce:
Put some tags:
Click the Witness Activities or any other subscriptions under "My Subscriptions" and then click "New Post"
Then, you will find the tags are missing:
