Adding Plugin Detection in the Node Status Tool

Previously, Adding Testing Custom Node and Enabling Three more Plugins in API. Google thinks my API is dangerous but luckily, after I submitted the report, it is unblocked.

I have now added the feature of Plugins detection in Node Status Tool
