Hope everyone is doing great, as for me I I'm good. I was invited by @goodybest to join in this Community and I'm happy that I did just that and along the the I saw this contest today and decided to participate In this amazing Contest which will help us to learn other ways of ideal parenting. I'm grateful to @rem-steem, the admin and moderators of this great group for creating a Contest like this, thanks. I'm inviting my friends @mrbasis,@paulyoung,@justiceanietie,@chocolatebrown,@johnkuzzy and @andri to come and participate in this contest

IDEAL PARENTING

A good parent are persons who tries to make decisions in the best interest of the children.

Ideal parenting is not about reaching perfection. We should set high standards for ourselves first and then our children second, because we serve as role models for them.

Good parenting involves a great consistency and routine, that gives children a sense of control and developing independence in children so is the aim of every parent.

This involves considering children’s age and stages of development. Parents has to match between expectations, discipline, building strategies and children’s developmental age.

Good parenting also focus on socialising kids. Parents should schedule time and play with the children, allow them to play with others,take them out for picnic.

It also involves parents helping their children to be truthful and see the need for doing so. Parents themselves has to leave examplary life since children learn more from what they see than what they hear.

Children need encouragement and praise, with little descipline for them to be obedience. Insists that the kids help at home without being paid so that learn to be giving people not receiving alone.

You need to teach your children moral in what is right and wrong. Set limits and be consistent in discipline. Be firm and kind in enforcing the rules. Know the reason behind the child’s behavior. And use it an opportunity for the child to learn for the future, instead of punishing for the past mistake.

Parents has to take into account children’s birth order, personality and gender and teach them how to be respectfull, be the person you want your children to be respect your children also, have positive behavior,attitude, and empathy towards your children's emotion and your child will do the same.

When it comes to education an authoritative style which is a balance of nurturance and firmness will result in kids academic success, mental health and good well-being.

Parents should love their kids and show them through action.
There's none like loving a your child too much. Loving children cannot spoil them but what you choose to do or give in the name of love can spoil them, things like too much material leniency, over protection, and low expectations, giving all these things in place of real love spoiled a child.
Showing love to children can be as simple as giving them hugs, spending time and play with them and listening to their them and solve their problems every day.
