WIN 20 STEEM || Fantasy F1 Preview Part 1
With just days remaining until the Formula 1 season begins, and only 4 entrants into the F1 Fantasy League, @the-gorilla, @offgridlife, @esteban85 and @tayetaiwo will be optimistic about their chances of winning the 1st Steemit F1 trophy and a place in what will become a prestigious hall of fame.

So for those that don't know much about F1, here's a bit of background about this season's teams in order of who the bookies think will take the constructors title.
Mercedes
Having won the constructors title for the past 7 seasons, Mercedes are the team to catch. They have the same drivers and key people behind the scenes in a car that totally dominated 2020.
But... they didn't look great in testing recently, weren't the quickest and did the fewest miles - not good signs. It could well be the games they play, trying to fool the opposition though.

Red Bull
If anybody's going to catch Mercedes this year, it's Red Bull. In Max Verstappen, they have an incredibly talented driver who finished 2 in the championship last year. In Sergio Perez, they have a more experienced driver and it would be nice to see him challenge the young Dutchman.
They were also very quick in testing so things look good for Red Bull.

Ferrari
It's fair to say 2020 was a year to forget for The Prancing Horse with their worst season in over 40 years. It never really got going for them and regularly missed out on Q3. Now that Vettel's gone, replaced by Carlos Sainz alongside Charles Leclerc, there's some freshness about the team which is cause for optimism.

McLaren
McLaren had a great 2020 and have (in my opinion) made another step up going into 2021. Daniel Ricciardo's experience (and talent) will help the team to push on and in testing, both drivers shone.

This is a brief introduction to the 4 teams that the bookmakers fancy and it's no coincidence that these are also the most expensive constructors, providing the most expensive drivers in the F1 game.
