HUMANITY: The Origin #1 [Drawings] ENG

in #history7 years ago (edited)
In the beginning of time, the universe explodes and gives life to every atom of our bodies, to untouchable galaxies and innumerable stars, around one of them there is a blue planet, Earth. It has the necessary conditions for life.

13 billion years passed for the birth of a unique species, the Human Being.

In the prairies of East Africa, our struggle to survive begins. A group of brothers hunt their future food, they do not have the strength of a lion or the jaw of a hyena, but if they have stereoscopic vision, agile legs and the most important thing they can invent. Today all living men have a portion of their DNA.

The spear was a simple sharp stick, hardened to the fire, also adapted bones or stones for a greater impact. To prepare our prey, the key to our survival appears...

...at 150 ° comes a spark, the Fire

Our planet is the only known place in the Universe, with the necessary conditions for there to be fire.

With better nutrition by eating cooked foods, it stimulates our brain for 2 million years making it double in size. It is the most complex structure of the universe that allows us to think, communicate and love.

We were not the only hunters, wild animals like the hyena, the tiger and the lion were lurking in the dark waiting to hunt. The fire protects them from predators, however they will be lucky enough to live until they are 30 years old. They will always be on the verge of extinction.

Humans are restless people who always want to discover more, mountains, oceans and continents. That's something in our DNA. As humans settle in Asia, Australia and Europe, a small shift in the axis of the earth away from the sun, cools the planet. The average temperature reached -10 ° C. The third part of the planet is frozen.
A few miles from the glacial wall what is nowadays France, a family has survived the cold. But they will have another difficulty to stay alive, a perfect "killing machine" of nature.

Wolves are efficient and effective hunters like us. Some wolves, the genes makes them calmer than others, the ancestors of dogs today, were close to the people and became our best friend.

As ice invades the planet, mankind continues to advance, thriving against every possibility. Then the planet begins to warm up again and the snow turns into rain. In the year 10,000 BC The human population grew by 1 million individuals.

400 generations ago a woman in the Middle East breeds the future of humanity, scientists tell us our mother farmer. What she discovers changes the rhythm of the history of humanity. While men hunt, women collect grains, and 10,000 years ago a woman makes a breakthrough. The seeds that were discarded had roots, that gave him an idea. Now a hectare of land can feed 200 times more than hunting. A new crop invades the planet, Wheat.

To be continued...
