Clinker builds boats.
Last generation of clinker builds wooden boats. Clinker built (also known as lapstrake) is a method of boat building where the edges of hull planks overlap each other. The building method have roots from the age of the vikings. The vikings longship Osebergskipet are build with this method.
Types one for rowing and the other for outboard engine. These boats are stored in a boat house, they can stand there for many years without being destroyed. Often the old boats are put on the outside of the boathose where they rot slowly but surely away. These boats are used for fishing in the fjord. Larger boats was used for fishing in more open seas.
Overlapped wood and clinked nails.
