My country is a land that has a wonderful story to tell, the story we forge human beings, especially the brave men and women.

Over the years we suffered numerous invasions and colonization, in many cases we have resisted. Getting results as wars and battles fought by the brave men of my land.

For his bravery and patriotism I want to honor my Correntino brother, Jose Francisco de San Martin and Matorras.

He was born in yapeyu. A 395 km away from the correntina capital, February 25, 1778, Yapeyu is a small town of just 1,800 inhabitants. They founded on the banks of the river Uruguay, Jose de San Martin is the ultimate celebrity, in its honor created a pavilion that holds the ruins of the birthplace of Joseph, the San Martiniano museum and the tree Higuerón the Guarani called them going Poy immemorial 300 years, gave shade to the general child when juga in the closure of its branches.

Back to Argentina, I think the army Grenadiers on horseback, participated in the Battle of Tucuman, participated in the revolution of October 8 and battle San Lorenzo and many more.


After many battles and wars risking his life to different countries, my Correntino brother, died in Boulogne-sur-Mer, in a rented room. At 72 years of age, at three in the afternoon of August 17, 1850.

He died hours after the end of the battle in 1813.

Manuel Jose Joaquin Belgrano Heart of Jesus and another brave flooring González my homeland worthy of being named in this tribute
