It Has All Been Done Before

Hi Steemians. Today, I was born. But that’s probably not a big deal.

Because nihil novi sub sole - “there is nothing new under the Sun” (Ecclesiastes 1.9). Several accounts have come and gone. All aspiring to give you guys something beneficial. To make an impact! Many failed. Some didn’t. And it’s in the stories of successful ones like @stellabelle , @cryptoctopus, @donkeypong @gavvet @timsaid and @sweetssj that new accounts like me can gain lessons from. Lessons that will influence whether we crash, fail or succeed.

So why was I created?

Steemit is at the forefront of a revolution. way the world interacts with information – the blockchain. And it will be an interesting experiment trying to change the world by reminding us where we came from.

History merely repeats itself. It has all been done before. And omne gestum identidem geritur - “every deed is done again and again”.

There is so much crises going on in the world today – Suicides, Killings, wars, famine, diseases outbreaks, corrupt power holders et al. And it’s so saddening when we keep committing the same deeds. Deeds history taught us lead to nothing but devastating consequences.

With this account, perhaps we can get constant reminders and reflect.
