Cool why did you decide to live there?
It's where my wife and I grew up. After college we lived in California, Maryland, Mississippi and Virginia for several years, then decided to move back to Kansas to be close to family.

Very much so. Much of the old downtown area dates back to Colonial times and there were three major Civil War battles fought in and around Fredericksburg.
