Back in college, I ate hostess fruit pies waaaayyyy too many times. Those things helped me through those long, crappy 12 hour days at college. It was the biggest thing I could buy at the cafeteria for $1.50. That sure brings back a bad memory.

Great writing in classic comics. Writing that cant be published in todays society. Such as" racism, adultish dialogue etc.

I think this is backwards, the stuff I see on shop walls today can get more "adult" than stuff from back in the Comics Code Authority and before days. If it is violence, pornography, or just racy words and thoughts, you can pick your poison and I think there is an extreme of any genre.

I think the trade-off is we have way more options today, but at the cost of popularity in mainstream. Comic books were something kids or adults could pick up at a local grocery store or convenience store, but without them being as popular you basically find comic books only at comic shops.

Thanks. I can see your view and agree 100%
