The dragon above the clouds - Pilatus hike part 3 - Riseten to Blaue Tosse

This post is part 3 of my Pilatus hike, see part 1

Let´s continue our march towards the ridge. The section from Riseten to Blaue Tosse requires 500m ascent spread over 2.5 km. The path goes up steep in the woods, sometimes rocky and I often needed to use the side cable.

I was eager to reach the top to get out of the shadows of the north-facing slope.
