I might be wrong about it, since I was replied twice that SP delegations have no effect on voting power for witness votes, but my thought is that account of your size should have no outgoing delegations.
You might double your RC quota (and its recharge rate) by undelegating.
Other advises are:
Do not buy STEEM.
I believe that over 0.99 of STEEM for sale comes from thieves, con artists and abusers.

Start posting your root threads via busy.org.
You will get a free daily upvote, which may make a big difference for you.
For me it is significant enough to make all my more than a dozen threads bear the busy tag and posted via busy.org.
