I was very intrigued that betel leaves can be used to make a spray which I didn't really know. Anyway you have written a great article about using herbal remedies and sprays which I like very much.
Is there no betel leaf in your country?,, I just realized that betel leaf has many health benefits. Perhaps this leaf is more similar to ashwagandha leaves, but there is no leaf here
