The description of @mack-bot says that it is a bot by @patrice that flags people for spam. Did you drop a bunch of comments on other people's accounts? If so; stop spamming and apologize and tell @patrice that you will never do it again.

SteemIt may have received a copyright complaint against you for that or a previous post. If you copied any articles or images without permission; then SteemIt has to remove rewards from your account.
There might be a set amount that they have to remove from your account. I would contact @steemcleaners to get the details of the complaint and payoff the amount that they are required to collect from you.
If you did not violate any copyrights, I would contact @steemcleaners to find out what triggered the action. It could be that someone is abusing their copyright reporting system.

According to US Legal an author owns the rights to any translations. I doubt that SteemCleaners is sophisticated enough to catch this.
I see you were also being downvoted by @spaminator which downvotes people who join certain post farms. Again I think the only solution is to contact SteemCleaners. Find out why they are flagging you. My guess is that they will remove some of the flags if you contacted them.

SteemIt has a huge problem with plagiarism, spam and click fraud schemes. I was impressed with the SteemCleaner setup, but they don't have a good mechanism for contacting people who are trying to be good Steemians but were still caught in the filter.
