If you are referring to the (+4.314 STEEM), then this is someone giving you delegation. You don't own this and can be taken away at any time. Someone is lending you the +4.314 SP for you to help grow your account.

If you want your SP to grow, you must do a bunch of writing and interacting with the steem community to get upvotes. Any STEEM or SBD you earn, you then power up to increase your SP balance.

You need to read the steem whitepaper several times to get you familiar on how the system works.
