US healthcare is a mess. Obamacare is very bad and should be replaced but the a-hole GOP senators are trying to push through an Obamacare like program that continues to reward their buddies in the healthcare industry. Thank god for the few brave senators who oppose the new replacement and have the numbers to stop it. The basic problem in the new revision is that it will not prevent costs from rising in spite of their rhetoric . The industry including doctors will continue to charge to collect more. Care will not be evenly provided and delivered better to the insuranced and wealthier populations. If you think Medicaid insurance buys the same healthcare as cash and high end insurance plans you are uninformed. Some form of cost control is mandatory or we will have a Canadian system in three years. This site must lead the fight to gut and replace the current system.
