Running probably looks like the simple act of placing one foot in front of other at a speed faster than walking. Though your feet and legs do most of the work, your entire body is vigorously awakened. most people have an inexpressible desire for running, it probably stems from an unconscious throwback to a time when our ancestors traveled only by foot. If you can not run for 10 minutes then you can start firstly by waking speed. Running can improve your lifeline.
There are many ways to begin a run/walk. I have mentioned them below.
Run for two to three minutes and then walk for four to five minutes until you have fully healed. Repeat the pattern five times.
Take your breath through your nose, not from your mouth.
Don't worry about your speed.
you can increase your speed day by day.
you can use your mobile phone to check it later.
Get some healthy food.
