Hi steemit friends today I am share a diet plan for loose 10kg in 20 to 30 days. It's is use to healthy change in eating habiet . It is 1000 calories meal plan for quick weight loss. It is try and tested by me .
Ingredients of 1000 calories meal plan in a day
Eggs
Apple
Oats
Green tea
3 boield egg in breakfast and a cup of a green tea
There after 3 boield egg or apple and a cup of green tea
In the evening have a cup of green tea with the apple
In the night a cup of green tea before the one hour of dinner
In the dinner you eat the one cup of oats
15 min walk fast daily
15 min cardio exercise daily
With this diet one becomes healthy and wealthy
