Cum se tine o dieta si cum ne ingrasam
Daca am fi fost invatati de mici cum functioneaza organismul, am sti ca acesta este compus din miliarde de celule microscopice.
Microscopice cum sunt, celulele din corpul nostru au viata si inteligenta.Ele raspund la stimulii mentali, chiar daca noi nu suntem constienti de asta; celulele sunt ,, servitorii'' nostri in toate privintele. Dar, pentru a-si indeplini diversele sarcini din organism, celulele trebuie sa aiba hrana potrivita.
In ce priveste organismul nostru , Natura da dovada de multa ingaduinta cand vine vorba de grija pe care trebuie sa o purtam acestor micuti servitori. Insa, cand sunt depasite limitele acestei tolerante in ce priveste hrana, primim in mod indirect avertizari. Suntem obositi, epuizati.Avem dureri de cap sau de spate, descoperim ca s-a depus tesut adipos(grasime)in acele parti ale corpului unde un exces de grasime nu este nici necesar, nici dorit. Aceste ,,simptome'' sunt indicii ale faptului ca hrana consumata in trecut nu a fost constructiva, in ciuda reclamei pentru alimente ,,dietetice''.
In loc sa regenereze celulele corpului, alimentele distructive accelereaza degenerarea tesuturilor si cauzeaza formarea grasimii.
