Hi there 🤗 My name is Lea, and I would like to share wth you my daily thoughts on healthy lifestyle, dieting, what I come across to improve our mental and physical health.

Today I Wana share w you my thoughts about potatoes. Yup I'm sure u all heared sweet potatoes r the healthiest version of carbs. But it's not really true. !sometimes informations on internet might be misleading .

hey lea, what other carbs u think are good?

Complex carbs in small amount. U should always go for whole grain, starch.. carbs r in everything , one banana is around 30 g. So is by your choice if u like to have a small bowl of rice, oats or potatoes, or whole grain bread. In moderate amount. I usually go w boiled potatoes tho coz they my favourite 😁And I avoid pasta and rice , but that's just personal choice.. I try to keep my carb intake in day under 100 g
