So I have been posting a few pictures of just a blender container with contents.

1 cup Kale Raw 33 Calories per serving 1 cup Blueberries 83 Calories per serving 1 Apple Large, with Skin 116 Calories per serving 1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry 310 Calories per serving 3 medium Sweet Red Peppers 1 Cup 114 Calories per serving 1 cup almond milk 1 cup Coconut Milk 552 Calories per serving
Some ice cubes... and after doing this post, I'm astonished at the results!
Also, I just learned not too long ago that fiber helps slow down fast burning carbohydrates. #funfact
