Muffins without sugar banana and nutella

Hello friends!

Today I bring you some muffins without sugar banana and nutella, a rich recipe for use with those typical ripe bananas that we have left in the fruit bowl. It is very healthy and low in calories, the important thing is not to exceed the rations.

You will see that the recipe is super easy to prepare, it is very fast and the banana with the Nutella (recipe without sugar here) gives an ideal flavor to the muffins.

Preparation.

Step 1
Before starting with the ingredients, preheat the oven to 180º.

Step 2
Mix the ripe bananas with the egg and stevia in a large bowl (I used a glass bowl). We can mix everything with rods or directly use the blender to crush it well, which is what I used.

Step 3
When the ingredients are well mixed, add the oil, baking flour, yeast and baking soda and mix with the blender to integrate the new ingredients with the mixture. We have to have a thin dough, without lumps, similar to a sponge cake.

Step 4
Pour the dough into the molds, covered with muffin paper. You must put for each mold about two tablespoons of mixture.

Step 5
We put a teaspoon of nutella without sugar above the dough.

Step 6
Helping us with a toothpick, we make spirals to mix the nutella with the dough.

Step 7
We bake at 180º for about 15 - 20 minutes. Before removing them check with a toothpick if they are cooked inside. When we take them out of the oven, let them cool in a rack, resist the temptation to try them!!

Let it cool and you can eat it, rich in antioxidants
