150 ml. mineral water for gelatin

2.-Add 100 ml. of mineral water, two soup spoons filled with grated coconut and a splash of sweetener. Return to shred until a paste is as fine as possible. (If you want finer, pass the preparation through the strainer).
3.-Put the evaporated milk in a tall blender glass, add a little sweetener and with the rods mount it (reserve).
4.-In a saucepan put 150 ml. of mineral water and bring to a boil, once boiling turn off the heat and pour the contents of the envelope of gelatin, dissolving it very well.
5.-Put the crushed carrots in a large bowl, add the gelatin gently, mix it with a spatula and then add the evaporated milk, mixing it with enveloping movements.
6.-Spread a mold with water or liquid caramel (so that the pudding does not stick and you can demold it well). Pour the preparation and put in the refrigerator 6 or 7 hours. Until it is completely set.
