Steemit Weekly Health Challenge # 7 (Delicious, White Chocolate Brownie without sugar)

If, like me, you love brownies and white chocolate ... keep reading, because today I have put them together to make a delicious white chocolate brownie without sugar.

Surely you all know what a brownie is: that juicy and dense sponge cake, what the Americans call chewie, cloying more than we can (do not fool ourselves), and that is vice. Well, let's talk properly because Americans do not really call it brownie to white chocolate brownie, they call it blondie.

You will see that it is super easy to do, like normal, it has no mystery. Yes I have adjusted the amounts a little because it takes less butter and less eggs, to balance the fat of white chocolate, but it looks a lot. And speaking of fat, even if it is whole and sugar-free, remember that white chocolate is pure fat, so you have to respect the rations (which I give below). To get them out, use a square mold and then cut into 4 × 4 squares. One brownie = 1 serving of hydrates.

In the original recipe, these little bites of happiness have nuts, so I have put nuts, well cut. In the variety is the taste, and it will be by variety of nuts, with what you put the ones you like the most. My favorites, and those that I think are best with white chocolate.

How to prepare it ?

Step 1
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter with the chocolate. To make it easier, we chop both. I have already caught the trick, but if you do not want to burn the chocolate I advise you to do it in a bain-marie, without stopping to stir, and first melt the butter and then add the chocolate. We reserve and let it be atemple.

Step 2
In a bowl, beat the eggs with stevia, vanilla and a pinch of salt. We add the mixture of chocolate and butter little by little, and continue beating to mix it well. It is important that it is templadito already so that the eggs are not cooked, they have to be cooked in the

Step 3
We add the flour, to be able to be sieved so that there are no lumps. It is a fairly liquid mass, you can continue with the rods or change to a spatula.

Step 4
Chop the nuts (a handful, or those that you like) to the dough, mixing well so that they are distributed equally. Optionally, one thing I do sometimes is to subtract a little chocolate from the melt, I chop it and I throw it here, I like to find that melted chocolate as well as the nuts.

Step 5
Grease a square mold with a little butter, and pour the dough

Step 6
We bake about 30-40min at 180º. As always, it depends a lot on the oven, do the stick test! If you like juices like me, 30min; if you prefer something drier, 35-40min.

Step 7
Unmold, cut into squares dividing each side into 4 parts, and go!
