Greetings to the beloved healthy family of healthchallenge, I want to present you a delicious and practical recipe It is a very simple dish but with much merit, very easy and quick to prepare. You can accompany the tortilla with rice and beans or with a salad.
Ingredients
4 servings
6 eggs
1 chard bunch
1 onion
4 tbsp oil
Salt
Preparation
Wash the chard leaves and cut them into thin strips, do the same with the onion. Put the chard in boiling water (with salt) for two minutes, strain it and let it drain well.
In a frying pan place a tablespoon of oil and when the onion is hot and let it brown a little, remove it so that you can use that same pan again to make the torilla.
Beat the eggs in a deep bowl, add salt, chard and onion, mix everything well. Put the rest of the oil in the pan and let it heat well, make the mixture of eggs, chard and onion, lower the heat to a minimum and cover the pan.
Leave it like this for a few minutes and turn it until it is dry inside.
Tips:
When boiling the chard, check that the water does not overflow when it is boiling.
Another possibility for the use of garlic is to cut it into 4 parts, sauté it and discard it before incorporating the onion.
