My healthy dessert: Oatmeal cob cob Honey. healthchallenge week # 2
Hi my friends of steemit, and health challengers in this week 2 because I bring a divine dessert and very simple to prepare, because it is a few oatmeal bars with honey flavor, I personally love the oatmeal nougat.
Ingredients.
200 grams of oat flake.
1 cup of honey
half a cup of panela.
Preparation
In a small cup we mix the oats, honey and panela, stir to make a dough and then place it in the oven for only 10 minutes, let cool and ready we have our bars of oatmeal with healthy honey.
