Reasons to eat carrots

Carrots are one of my favorite veggies! They are sweet, juicy and crunchy. I enjoy snacking on carrots when I get a craving. Carrots are also excellent in many different types of meals. Whether its in a stir fry, in a salad, with steamed vegetables etc, carrots are always really good and go well with a lot of different meals. I will be sharing some reasons as to why it is important to have carrots a part of your diet. 

Carrots are great for improving your eyesight and therefore are good for eye health. They boost your immune system which prevents you from getting sick all the time. It is good for heart health and prevents many types of heart diseases. It is helpful with regulating your blood sugar levels. It is great for digestion.It helps with reducing the risk of strokes or cancer. 

The above are just some of the reasons why carrots are good for you. There are many other reasons as to why  should eat carrots, so therefore I would strongly advice adding carrots to your diet.
