Carrots

Lately I've been craving carrots. They are an excellent snack. They are sweet and crunchy. Carrots are one of my favorite vegetables! I definitely prefer them in their original form instead of being cooked, that way is keeps all the nutrients inside, where as cooking them would remove some of the nutrients.  Besides for that reason, I still prefer carrots uncooked as it is more enjoyable! :) Carrots are great for your health and should be a part of your diet. I will be sharing a few of the amazing health benefits that carrots have for you!:

Carrots are an excellent way to improve your eyesight. 

Carrots help with regulating your blood sugar levels. 

Carrots lower the risk of  stroke or cancer. 

Carrots help with digestion. 

Carrots help with preventing heart diseases. 

Carrots help to prevent macular degeneration. 

These great benefits that carrots have for your health should be enough motivation to get you to eat carrots :) And that is aside from its delicious taste!
