Coffee + Butter. The trick to getting the best creamy, frothy, butter-full, and delicious taste out of your Bullet proof coffee is:

Slow drip the coffee into the cup you are pouring.

Make sure to drip the coffee onto the butter you have put in the cup. This helps stimulate the processes...the chemical reactions at work...and simply put, makes the butter mix with the coffee so well.

There's an array of health benefits from this approach.
You get a lot more out of your coffee in terms of nutritional value when it is combined with butter as compared to milk and cream.

You get support from the fats in butter the way they are released into the coffee that you don't normally get from just the regular consumption of butter. Also the way a coffee is sipped, supports the body in taking in small bits of this good fat oil within the coffee. This will substantiate and support your physical body in ways that might surprise you.

Note:

When i first discovered bullet proof coffee...i just chucked a piece of butter in to an already poured cup of coffee. I did not experience the deliciousness of proper mixing the coffee with the butter...by slow pouring the coffee onto the butter in a drip like melting fashion that creates a little bit of beautiful froth. Huge difference. Test it out, and you will see what i am talking about.

Well done dear friend @worldclassplayer, I am a fan of good coffee since I was a child, I did not change it for anything, when I was younger, I consumed my coffee with butter inside after my high cholesterol stopped consuming it, but I must admit it is very tasty .
Thank you very much dear friend for sharing this post

you know, the butter in the coffee with the way it is consumed...and the chemical processes involved...I bet it actual supports good overall cholesterol levels. I know this might sound counter-intuitive...so, I'll see if i can put together a report with the specifics of all the science involved as to why, because of the processes involved it is in fact supportive. interesting indeed. thanks for you comment, much appreciated.

I will try it out!!

It's a real game changer :)
Blew my mind!

Just today actually, I played with creating the froth from the butter a different way. I had some coffee left in the pot that i decided to re-heat in the microwave...which isn't my first choice play...but i'm not above it. Anyways, So i just spooned some butter in , and really gave it a good stir. Reminds me of how i would use the spoon to make scrambled eggs in the microwave when i was little kid...using the spoon to stir the eggs, making the eggs kind of thicker...man didn't make that connection till just now...haha, cheers and enjoy :)

And thanks for supporting new connections :)
