My Water Fast Results Day 4

This is day 4 of my journey in fasting

Results

Day 4: I’m feeling better today. I was able to do laundry and iron. My bowel movements have stopped. My hunger pangs are totally gone. My face and skin are super oily. Hopefully I’m burning a bunch of fat off. My wife says my stomach is getting flatter.

My blood pressure still going down.

I drank approximately 60 oz. of distilled water and two cups of herb tea. (I’m getting sick of water).

My results for the day

Weight: 151.0 lbs
Total weight loss for the day: 2.2 lbs.
Body Fat: 16.7%
Muscle Mass: 38.2%
Water: 65.0%
Blood Pressure: 109/82
Pulse/minute: 79

For anybody interested these numbers came from a weight Gurus scale that links to my phone and a standard Samsung wrist blood pressure cuff.

Tomorrow I will share my experience of the day 5 on my water fast as well as results and pictures. Let me know if you notice any difference in my appearance.
